From the Macedonian wild comes a letter from a Scaynes Hill soldier: Wilfred J Boniface, son of Mr. J.W Boniface, of yew Tree Farm - who mentions having been on duty at a pantomime "Alladin," which appears to have been much enjoyed by all who witnessed it. he writes that he was surprised at the way everything was carried out, as the artists made all their own costumes. He has, he adds, seen worse in Brighton and London. Boniface is in the Military Mounted Police. |
