FOUR RAMSGAGTE POLICEMEN RESIGN. The report of the Ramsgate Watch Committee, presented at Thursday's Council meeting announced the resignation of four well known members of the police force, who proceed to pension. P.C. Albert Buddle, who was appointed to the force on the same date as P.C. Belsey, also served in the cavalry for a time before joining the police. During the late War he was with the Military Mounted Police overseas.
