Warrant Officer supervising Vienna Detachment RMP.Regimental Sergeant Major SMITH served in VIENNA for three years, during which time, by his energy, tact and exceptional gifts of leadership and the capacity for setting an example at all times, he has made a very great contribution towards the maintenance of a very high standard of discipline, efficiency and smartness in the Military Police.
