Enlisted age 32 years, occupation Storekeeper, home address: 21 Helen Road, Botley, Oxfordshire, born Shoreditch, Middlesex. 18/2/16, Ajvasil, Greece, Tried and convicted by FGCM of committing an act to the prejudice of good order and military discipline:- negligently discharging his rifle and severely maimed himself. Sentenced to 56 days Field Punishment No1. Sentence confirmed by GOC 29 Infantry Brigade. In confinement awaiting trial 11/2/16. 16/7/17 transferred to MFP. 14/3/19 reduced to Private for misconduct. 13/8/19 to class Z reserve. Suffered Deafness after mastoid operation. George Watson.
