Served in the Med Exp Force 4 months and the BEF 2 years 4 months. Suffered from Frostbite of the Feet which started on the 20 Dec 1915, caused by having no change of dry clothing or oil on any kind to prevent it. Suvla Bay 26/9/15. 30/11/15 Admitted to the Highland Bde Mounted Field Ambulance, 7/12/15 invalided to St Patrick's Hospital, Malta, 23/12/15 invalided to UK on H S Braemar Castle.
