The teeth are not satisfactory as regards mastication and consequently this NCO has been found unfit for active service. He can eat no solid food and the upper denture is constantly dropping. Awarded the Long Service & Good Conduct Medal, Army Order 73 of 1910. 22/7/1907 he married Alice Maud Moss at Southampton.
