Tried by the Civil Power at Hampstead Police Court of :- being a Rogue and Vagabond with in the intent and meaning of the Vagrancy Act, 1824, that is to say for that he on the 6th day of February 1934 at the Parish of Hampstead, unlawfully, wilfully, openly, lewdly and obscenely did expose his person, with intent thereby then to insult a certain Female. Sentenced to two months imprisonment with hard labour. Discharged having been convicted by the Civil Power. 5/1/49 he was awarded the 1939-1945 Star, France & Germany Star, Defence Medal, War Medal.
