Citation: North West Europe 6/6/44 to 31/10/44. Citation for MBE: This Officer, as APM TRAFFIC L of C has carried out his duties exceptionally well. He is most conscientious and combines energy with enthusiasm. He has been responsible for the operational role of the Traffic throughout the whole of the Lines of Communication and has planned that Traffic is controlled right through and along the maintenance and operational routes, the success of which has been due to his untiring supervision. He has taken a great interest in the fourteen Companies, and their smartness and knowledge of their local area has been the cause of comment.
