| Notes: | MFP. Awarded the 1915 Star, Victory and War Medals. First served abroad (1) France, 7/4/15 to 24/6/1915 and 28/8/1917. He enlisted 29/12/14 age 42 years, occupation Miner in the 3 Wiltshire Regiment, No. 18357, and Later the Dorsetshire Regiment, No. 25443, transferred to MFP 19/2/17. Served France 13/6/15 to 24/6/15 evacuated Rheumatism, France 10/8/18 to 2/9/19. Discharged 4/3/19. Home address: 76 Reforne, Easton, Portland, Dorsetshire. From pension record: 9/3/18 to hospital, fell on palm of right hand while stopping a runaway horse. It was swollen and painful, fracture of base of radius with long crack externally up shaft.
