Private E Lewis, RMLI, pleaded guilty to a similar offence at the same time and place. In this case it was stated that accused was seen in Union Street by Corporal Badham, of the Military Foot Policer, who in consequence of his intoxicated condition apprehended him. Accused had been previously convicted by regimental court martial.
