For a long period and particularly during the last three months he has proved to be a Warrant Officer of exeptional ability and character. Throughout these operations he has supervised the work of the Provost, particularly in the most forward areas always showing a fine example and being and inspiration to those under his command. His long experience in CID work has proved invaluable: his success in dealing in crime ranging from murder to petty larcenty has been outstanding and due in great part to his patience and perseverence.
