He was discharged at Aldershot on the 12/11/14, 392 (iii) (c) KR, unlikely to become and efficient soldier. Served 38 days. His pension documents contain an award sheet, first award dated 10/4/19, this is strange if he was discharged in 1914, how did he get a Commonwealth War Grave in 1918. Inscription on gravestone: On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy. 5/9/91 Married Ann Henderson at Bishop Aukland. William Usher.
