L/Cpl James Alexander Gibbs Taylor, Corps of Military Police, son of Mrs M B Taylor, 25, Robertson Street, Dundee has been posted missing in the Middle East from June 1/2. He joined up in May 1939, and was drafted overseas by November last year. Formerly employed at Dundee West and Perth North, LMS stations as a goods porter. L/Cpl Taylor is 22 and unmarried. (article has small picture of L/Cpl Taylor wearing SD cap).

DUNDEE MAN PRISONER IN CRETE.
Mrs M B Taylor, 25 Robertson Street, Dundee has received a postcard from her son, L/cpl James A G Taylor, Corps of Military Police previously reported missing saying he is a prisoner in Crete. He is being well treated and is in the best of health.
