Sec. 40 AA WOAS conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline in that he at Rafah, on 19/1/45 prevented a Regimental policeman from searching four native employees which it was his duty to do. A light was burning. No one was there but after a time defendant cycled up, and said he was in charge. - Defendant said the door was closed when he left it for a short time - fined 30/- |
